You must read and agree to these Terms and Conditions before you can join. MEMBERS
3.1 For all entries in this section, users can cancel their membership at any time by contacting customer service to users social@www.rossellavisconti.com Their membership must cancel 48 hours before the subscription renewal date if they do not want their approval to renew with associated charges. Until the date of registration is canceled, the User authorizes the Company to continue to charge the amount authorized by the user to pay for the ongoing cost of membership and for any and all purchases of products, services and entertainment provided by Rossella Visconti.

REFUNDS
4.1 Membership fees or purchase of products are non-refundable once the access data have been used on Rossella Visconti.
4.2 No refunds or partial refunds will be issued for any unused membership.
4.3 If the user is unable to access Rossella Visconti due to technical problems unrelated to Rossella Visconti, the membership fee is not refunded.
4.4 In the event that a refund is issued, ALL refunds will be made by crediting the Fund Approved used to make the original purchase or by bank transfer. NO refunds will be issued in cash. ALL refunds will be issued within ten (10) days from the communication between the user and the customer service of Rossella Visconti.
LICENSE
5.1 Subscriptions, services or products Rossella Visconti are provided for personal and non-commercial. Users will come granted a single copy license non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access or print copies of any of the information found on Rossella Visconti, for personal use only and not commercial. Commercial use of The Last Night or any material located on it is strictly prohibited. TERMINATION / CANCELLATION OF MEMBERSHIP
